Ticketmaster - Agile Delivery Lead

  • Helped teams increase flow sprint-over-sprint to meet and exceed sprint and PI goals

  • Coordinated with a variety of stakeholders like engineers, product owners, architects, and leadership to effectively prepare for each PI Planning activity

  • Facilitated daily stand-ups for fully remote teams across many time zones to maximize effective collaboration and solve blocking problems for engineers

Ticketmaster - Software Engineer II

  • Back-end development on Kafka streams apps that move inventory and other events-related data to-and-from other critical Ticketmaster products

  • Created a v2 of a data consistency monitoring  tool used by the team to track data consistency in our products, making it easier and more accurate to determine whether our data was stale

  • Championed transparency and clarity in team refinement sessions or during discussions on stories, acceptance criteria, and other work-at-hand.

JANUARY 2015 - MARCH 2019

General Motors - Associate Software Developer

  • Full-stack development on a 10+ years old legacy app used 24/7 by dealerships and repair shops around the globe

  • Developed a business continuity plan in the event of an outage, and collaborated with stakeholders and dependencies to implement said plan

  • Pair-programmed with junior teammates to teach them Spring Batch and get comfortable coding in Java

JANUARY 2014 - MARCH 2015

General Motors - Junior Software Developer

  • Designed and created a batch processing system with Spring Batch  to pull government data into our internal web apps Oracle databases

  • Pair-programmed with new teammates to get them comfortable with codebase
